Many have asked why we do not have an online shopping cart. I have found over the years it's far better to speak to my customers in person during the order process to avoid the usual problems, such as ordering items out of stock, or simply ordering the wrong item for your needs. Most of our customers know our products and know what they want and what works for them. Occasionally a massage oil will turn cloudy from moisture or a salve will melt in the summer heat in transit. In these cases we will replace the product at no cost to you, and there is no need to return it. Aside from defective product, all sales are final as we cannot resell product that has been open or used. It is our goal to work with you in person to help you choose the product that is right for you. All products are carefully inspected before shipping to make sure there are no defects, but sometimes we miss something. In this event we will take you on your word and ship a replacement at no cost, or refund your payment in full.
